Vision Express mall activation campaign was rolled out in 5 malls across 4 cities, touching over 30000 consumers and ramping up store footfalls by 25%. The activation involved on the spot free eye check up coordinated with interactive games.

HDFC Bank’s various ongoing activations range from up country consumer activations to
activations at 25 to 30 major tech parks in Bangalore. Most of these activations are interactive in nature and aims at increasing the conversion rates for the Bank.

What’s new in BTL?


Urban Yoga mall activation campaign aimed at creating a buzz at major Mumbai malls. The activation involved impromptu yoga showcase and light classes at the main atrium of the malls, which ended with promoters interacting with consumers and distributing discount vouchers.

DOCOMO’s apartment activation campaign was rolled out across major apartments in Bangalore. The campaign involved pre distributing sealed envelopes with sim cards to residents. On the day of the activation, a special price plan was unveiled.

MATLAB Expo 2012 was the annual technology extravaganza, attended by close to 800 delegates. Held at Bangalore, the conference had 4 parallel tracks, close to 15 exhibitors and ended with mega entertainment evening.

CIDC (Chattisgarh Govt) showcase pavilion at IMS 2012 was a major hit, drawing visitors of the
likes of Anand Mahindra, Prof Sadagopan and a host of other top delegates. The entire pavilion was constructed and managed by Avyaya.

Titan Integration Meet at Hosur was a grand culmination of close to 20+ regional meets(again managed by Avyaya). The show involved participation of 6000 employees and hosted celebrities like Tamil play back singer Chinmayi and some Russian artists. The entire show was conceptiualised, produced and managed by Avyaya.

SAARC Anaesthesia Congress was a international conference held at BIEC, Bangalore, which drew over 2500 delegates and 150 exhibitors. This 3 days conference was completely produced and managed by Avyaya.

Avyaya created the complete set of marketing colats for Siya Medical Innovations, a healthcare company. This involved creating a new logo, complete corporate identiy kit, brochures, fliers and the website.

Avyaya has been working on various marketing requirements for Theorem, the global leader in providing Digital Marketing services. Avyaya also won the for “Recruitment Campaign of the Year” award at BigBang 2011 for Theorem.

We recently created a film for Wipro Infotech’s data centre division. The film involved shoot at customer locations, voice overs, graphics and other post production work. The film was cut to 5 minutes.
